No. StrokeSiren is designed to support faster recognition and coordination around stroke emergencies. It is not a substitute for emergency medical services or professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number (such as 911 in the United States) immediately.

No. StrokeSiren is designed to complement existing emergency services, not replace them. When you trigger an alert, you can also reach emergency services directly the way you normally would.

Stroke patients, caregivers and family, first responders, and hospitals and EMS teams. Each role gets tailored views — for example, caregivers see live status, while responders get a structured pre-arrival summary.

Live status of any active incident, who has been notified, who is responding, ETAs, and the medical context that has been shared with responders. You can also request a proof-of-life check-in.

Responders receive a structured stroke packet at the time of dispatch — BE-FAST cues, last-known-well, medications (including blood thinners), home access, and household hazards — plus a clean handoff summary at the door.

Multiple ways: a tap, press-and-hold, voice command, the watch SOS, a lock-screen shortcut, fall detection, or a missed proof-of-life check-in.

We're building for iOS first, with watch and lock-screen integration. Web access for caregivers and responders will be available at launch. Exact device requirements will be published in the launch notes.

Location is shared with your designated care team and emergency contacts only during an active incident, unless you turn on lock-screen sharing. You can review and edit who sees what at any time after launch.
